My journey began with a smooth transfer from Innsbruck Airport to My Arbor, setting the tone for a peaceful retreat. Lunch at the resort introduced me to the exquisite culinary offerings, featuring locally sourced ingredients prepared with finesse.

The afternoon featured a wellness session called "Taking a Breath with Kiki," a mindful breathing exercise that set the stage for relaxation. Following this, I experienced a unique sauna infusion, a 12-minute ritual combining scents, music, and expert fanning by sauna masters. The textile-free sauna area felt liberating and pure, with cotton towels provided for comfort.

Exploring the Spa Arboris, I enjoyed the pool and various sauna experiences, including the Finnish panoramic sauna with stunning forest views. The spa’s design, inspired by the natural surroundings, provided a perfect sanctuary for relaxation.

Dinner was a refined affair, with an elegant yet cozy atmosphere. The multi-course meal showcased regional flavours, emphasising the resort’s dedication to culinary excellence.

Day 2: Adventure and Culture

The day began with an individual breakfast offering a wide array of choices to suit every palate. The flexibility in timing allowed for a leisurely start, enhancing the feeling of relaxation.

A hike on the Plose was the morning's highlight. We took a cable car up to 2,000 meters, where breathtaking views of the Dolomites awaited. The 6km hike to Rossalm was invigorating, and lunch at the hut featured traditional cold cuts, providing a rustic and authentic experience.

In the afternoon, I visited the historic Neustift Abbey. The guided museum tour and wine tasting session offered insights into the region's rich history and wine-making traditions, reflecting the abbey's longstanding heritage since 1142.

The day concluded with another splendid dinner at My Arbor. The gourmet dishes, paired with fine wines, made for a memorable end to a day filled with adventure and culture.
