Wellbeing

Wellness and spirituality are central to the resort's concept. The in-house Personal Growth Guide (shaman) has designed a daily programme based on ancient rituals and practises to facilitate a deeper connection with oneself through exploration of the physical body and subconscious mind. All classes and rituals are included in your programme, allowing you to design your own personal growth experience with over 20 classes and rituals. Don't worry if you've never experienced (or even heard of) any of these types of activities. The classes are open to novices, as you will be guided by a team of professionals. Bring an open mind and a desire to immerse yourself in indigenous healing practises.

Atlantis, The Spa in the Jungle, is ideal for those in need of rest and relaxation.  The spa menu features a variety of treatments designed to achieve perfect balance by focusing on the nine energy centres of the body. The therapists work on these energy centres to restore your vitality and harmony. Please note that spa services are not included in the room rate and are billed separately.

There is a fitness centre that is open around-the-clock.

The spa has three individual treatment rooms, two rooms for couples, and several outdoor areas for jungle immersion. There are four infinity pools, two plunge pools with jets, a beach club, a fresh juice bar, sun loungers, and Balinese sun beds on the property.
