Private Wellness Experiences:
Private Personalized Yoga (60m)
The session will be entirely personalized for each individual according to your preferences, current state of well-being and level of expertise. The Yoga Instructors will perform a Yoga Consultation at the beginning in order to design and customize the whole experience. You will also be able to include Meditation, Pranayama or even Tibetan Singing Bowls in each session.
Private Personal Training (60m)
The Personal Trainer will be able to adapt each session and incorporate several different types of training according to each person’s preferences, goals and current state of well-being. An opportunity to keep healthy surrounded by Nature.
Private Tennis Lesson (60m)
Whether you are a beginner or advanced player they offer the possibility of enjoying a Private lesson surrounded by Nature at Sublime Comporta’s tennis court.
Please note that with the exception of the Private Tennis Lessons, both Private Yoga and Personal Training sessions may be experienced in your own Villa, depending on room category booked
Beach Club
In keeping with its spirit of continuously innovating, Sublime Comporta decided to open its own beach restaurant. Only 10 min away from Sublime Comporta Country Retreat & Spa, is located on one of Europe's most beautiful coast lines and one of the area’s most stunning beaches - Carvalhal beach.
Sublime Comporta Beach Club features:
Restaurant - A fabulous restaurant with several stunning indoor and outdoor areas. Open for lunch and dinner from 12h30pm to 11h00pm. (last reservation at 9h00pm)
Beach Bar - An outdoor bar.
Beach Area – An area with lounge chairs, shade and a dedicated bar. Open during Beach Season from 9h00am to 7h00pm.
The Menu
Open everyday from 12h00pm to 11h00pm (last reservation at 9h00pm), beside the inevitable fabulous grilled local fish, oysters and seafood, the restaurant will offer many International options such as Beef Tartar; Tataki; Guacamole; Spaghetti Vongole; Camarões al Ajillo; as well as an excellent section of grilled meat. These will be complimented by selected international and Portuguese wines.
Gastronomy
Being presented with choices is life’s ultimate luxury. That is why at Sublime Comporta you will find a great range of restaurants and bars, shaping unique moments of taste and relaxation.
Circle
In the middle of the organic garden one finds the Food Circle – Sublime Comporta´s outdoor organic restaurant.
This is a dynamic space, based on sustainable production and inspired by the principles of Permaculture. Around the counter, there is room for only 12 people who want to live this unforgettable experience – to have direct contact with the chefs, with the earth and dine under the stars with the aromas of the garden. Here, only ancestral cooking methods are used and fire has a leading role leaving behind modern techniques giving precedence to the land and history that is part of us. The experience is complimented with some of Portugal´s best wines.
Sem Porta
The architecture finds its inspiration in the old rice storing facilites of the area. In keeping with the essence of Comporta, the decor is sophisticated yet relaxed. Both the landscape and nature that surround inspire the creations of this restaurant. At Sem Porta, the stars are the local products and producers. There's a respect for the origins and for time, which in the Alentejo has a different rhythm.Here, a seasonal cuisine of communion and respect for nature is practiced. Chef uses regional products, working with local fisherman and wineries, giving precedence to fresh, organic produce whenever possible.
From the organic garden, in front of the restaurant, come some of the ingredients that make up the menu. From Portugal and Alentejo, references are recovered and reinvented. Creativity, seasonality and locality are the nouns that season the menu's suggestions.
Tasca Da Comporta
With nature as a backdrop here you can expect a relaxed atmosphere and taste several different flavours in one meal.
Tasca da Comporta caters sophisticated traditional Portuguese “petiscos” such as octopus salad, “Pica-pau” Beef loin with pickles and many more. The best way to experience the region’s various flavours and specialties in a chilled and friendly atmosphere.
Open from June to October, this restaurant and bar caters to those who are looking for lighter meals in a relaxed Comporta style atmosphere.
